PBII - Saturday 5th November

PBII are offering two special deals for those attending the gig at Maltby this Saturday. Firstly, all ticket holders will receive a free copy of the Visions DVD & CD box set, which they released as Plackband in 2006.

PBII will also be promoting their new DVD PBII@Boerderij.org featuring a live concert from the Boerderij in Holland which featured guest appearances from John Jowitt, John Mitchell and Heidi Jo Hines. If you send an email to PBII@Boerderij.org before November 5th, you will receive a reply. If you print out this reply, bring it to the concert and buy the new DVD, you will receive a coupon with which you can get the upcoming album called 1000Wishes next year for free.

1000Wishes is the new project from PBII and will be recorded with the National Symphonic Youth Orchestra. The concept album tells the story of a little boy who fights his disease in a heroic adventure. Fused Festival Announced

The Classic Rock Society and Summer’s End present

Fused Festival 2011

April 1-3 2011
Lydney Town Hall, Lydney, Gloucestershire GL15 5JW

Fused - the new home of progressive and symphonic metal in the UK.

The Fused Festival is the brainchild of The Classic Rock Society and the team behind the Summer's End Festival, the UK's longest running and best-loved progressive rock festival.

Over the three days, the Festival will host live performances from some of the World’s finest progressive and symphonic metal bands and we are delighted to launch the festival with the news that THRESHOLD will be headlining Saturday 2nd April.

The venue, Lydney Town Hall, is a small, intimate venue with a capacity of just 400, so buying tickets early is highly recommended. Tickets are due to go on sale on November 1st; prices and outlet details will be released over the next few days.

The venue has a good size stage and an excellent sound from the superb Martin Audio PA rig that will be used for the festival. Real ale and excellent food will be available throughout the festival.

Over the next few weeks, our new website – www.fusedfestival.com will be updated with information and links for the festival line-up, ticket sales, local accommodation and transport information etc. In the meantime, please join our Facebook group – Fused Festival 2011 - for updates.
