Unfortunately we are not able to take credit or debit card payments over the phone.
Please allow 14 days for reciept of gig tickets or magazines. Gig tickets ordered less than 7 days before the event will not be posted but will be held on the door for collection.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for gig tickets unless an event is cancelled or postponed. In the event of a cancellation or postponement we will process refunds or swaps within 7 days of the original tickets being returned.
Memberships and subscriptions run for one calendar year and you will receive a reminder to renew towards the end of your subscription period. Memberships and subscriptions are not refundable once the first issue of Rock Society has been received or you have made use of the gig ticket discount.
Credit card details are not retained by the Classic Rock Society.
Anyone pruchasing tickets or magazines from our shop will be added to our mailing list. Please advise us if you do not wish to receive emails from us. Personal details will not be used for any other purpose and will not be passed on to third parties.
